Winter Squash

Winter Squash by Me!

I did something I have never done before. I roasted three small pumpkins and a Kuri squash. After roasting the pumpkins, I pureed the flesh and put in in the freezer for future pumpkin pies. The squash I also pureed and will use tomorrow to make Roasted Kuri soup. It looks good in the recipe, but we shall see.
